Thai Basil Chicken is one that about 5-6 years ago only very few people had heard of, now it's one of the most popular dishes on a Thai menu, because to be fair, it's absolutely one of my favourite Thai dishes out there. Now I know this version I don't cook the chillies in, but I'm literally showing you how I did it in my restaurant, where I have to cater for non chilli lovers, so thats the base, the we added fresh chillies on top to make spicy. This is very simple, very few ingredients and very very effective at making your taste buds dance.
